Shipping

Every order is carefully and individually packaged for our customers. Our delivery is usually between 3-5 working days, unless it is a pre-order item, however international shipping may take longer. For estimated delivery time of pre-order items, please go to the specific product.

Products can be returned within 14 days, starting from the date you receive the products.

Return Policy

Return or exchange in the online store

To us, nothing is more important to make you satisfied. So in case you change your mind, do not worry. You have 14 days to decide if the product(s) is right for you, starting from the date you receive the product(s). RAHA ASADI will refund any product(s), provided that the product(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to us. Please note that if you return the goods to us at our expense, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost we might incur as a result. Our aim, however, is to expand our company in a way that we are able to cover the return expenses in the future. 

When returning, please use or include with the product all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings. We will then process your refund after reviewing the product, and we will let you know whether or not you have a right to a refund, within 14 days of the date the returned goods have been received. Such products which are not in the same conditions as those of delivery or which have been used beyond the mere opening shall not be exchanged or refunded. Exchange is limited to exchange for the same product, of a different size or colour.

Please note that you must be able to provide documents/receipts of the return if necessary.

We will refund your purchase in Danish Kroner/DKK, and we always use the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.

Faulty goods can - and should - of course be returned regardless, so that you can be completely satisfied with the RAHA ASADI experience.
